Ordering, Shipping and Warranty Conditions

International Orders, Payments and Shipping

We accept International orders. We accept Paypal or Bank telegraphic transfer as mode of payment. Shipping to most countries is available via FedEx or TNT couriers. Shipping times vary depending on carrier type. Please check with us for more details. For Paypal transaction, the customer should shoulder the charges or they will be added to the final invoice.

Deposit Confirmation

We require customers to inform us via email once full bank deposit has been made. We will countercheck and confirm the deposit via email. It is only once the deposit is confirmed that we process an order for production.

Order Processing and Production

All Orders are processed and produced during business hours.

Domestic Courier and Shipping

Our courier company will depend on your location. If you have a specific company, please let us know before depositing payment so we can adjust the fees. Shipping times vary. We will provide a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched Charges will be to the customer’s account if client provided the incorrect address. Charges will be waived if mistake is committed by Engravio.

For Metro Manila, delivery is usually 1-2 working days. Provincial deliveries may take 2 to 3 days. Charges apply unless otherwise stated.
In cases of adverse weather conditions or state of calamities, shipping might take longer, especially for areas outside Metro Manila. In no way will the merchant be held liable for this. In such cases, the customers will neither be refunded for shipping fees nor charged with additional shipping costs.

Refusal of recipient to claim the delivery

In such cases, the packages will be sent back to Engravio’s office and may have to be reshipped at another date to either the same delivery address or a different one. This will cost the customer additional charges. In case the customer refuses to have the item reshipped, he will not be refunded.

Return of Defective products and Warranty

All our products come with limited 30-day warranty against fading. Any products proven to have manufacturing defects should be returned within (3) business days, otherwise the merchant reserves the right to refuse acceptance or may charge for repair.

Disclaimer for Typographical Errors

Engravio should not be held liable for all proof-read engraving services approved by client and later found to contain typographical errors.

Coupon and Discounts

Coupons like free shipping and discounts may be made available for certain products in the website. These information are made available in the website as well.

Store Pick-Up

It is advised that customers who wish to pick up their orders from our office should inform us in advance. This way, we can prepare the ordered item for releasing.
